Sharapova is a tennis player, born on April 19, 1987 in Nyagan, Siberia, Russia. Maria Sharapova began playing tennis as a young child, and at age nine was taken by her father to Florida, USA, where she enrolled at a tennis academy.
Sharapova converted expert at 14, stated her first WTA success at the 2003 AIG Asia Start, and also that season achieved it finish at Wimbledon on her first effort. Success came in 2004 when she won the single men and women headline there, becoming Russia's first lady Wimbledon champ. At the end of 2004 she included the WTA Tournament headline to her success. She was rated number 4 at the start of 2006 and that season won the US Start.


In 2007, a neck damage sidelined Sharapova and provided to a sequence of failures, but she was still rated among the top 5 females tennis gamers at the end of that season. Her neck damage ongoing to affect her game, sidelining her in 2008. During 2009, Sharapova had surgery treatment to fix the damage and after a season of recovery and a sequence of failures, she began to make a return this year when she completed the season rated 4, her first top 5 finish since 2007.

In July 2012, Sharapova beaten Sara Errani in the females France Start, becoming the Tenth lady to finish a profession Huge Throw, successful all four significant tennis competitions.

Off the judge, Sharapova's elegance and popular attraction have led to significant professional recommendations with companies such as Nike and Tiffany bracelet & Co. Sharapova is involved to get married to Slovenian expert golf ball gamer Sasha Vujacic.

At the 2012 Summer time Olympic Games—Sharapova's Olympic debut—she won a silver honor in females single men and women, dropping the silver to United states tennis celebrity Serena Williams.
